These terms govern your use of HomeIQ.cc. HomeIQ is operated by Rescue Realty LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. Rick Curtis is the Florida licensed broker and broker of record, license BK344709.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using HomeIQ.cc, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
HomeIQ is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements under applicable law.
Nature of the service
HomeIQ is a real estate referral service operated by Rescue Realty LLC. HomeIQ connects home seekers and sellers with licensed, participating agents and brokerages. HomeIQ itself is not a party to, and does not represent any party in, the underlying real estate transaction between a consumer and a matched agent or brokerage.
No guarantee of results
HomeIQ does not guarantee the performance, conduct, availability, or outcomes achieved by any matched agent or brokerage, and does not guarantee that any property will be available, priced accurately, or suitable for a given consumer.
Listing data & sample data
Listing information displayed on HomeIQ is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. HomeIQ currently displays sample demo listing data pending authorized IDX/RESO data feeds; sample listings are clearly identified and are not offers to sell.
No unauthorized scraping
HomeIQ does not scrape third-party real estate sites, and you may not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from HomeIQ without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse HomeIQ, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
User submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including contact details and search or listing preferences. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent a successful match.
Third-party links
HomeIQ may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and technology on HomeIQ, excluding third-party listing data, is owned by or licensed to Rescue Realty LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disclaimers of warranty
HomeIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rescue Realty LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HomeIQ.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rescue Realty LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of HomeIQ or violation of these terms.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HomeIQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
