Rescue Realty LLC and every agent matched through HomeIQ are required to comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act. We support equal access to housing for everyone, regardless of background.

Protected classes

Under federal and Florida fair housing law, it is illegal to discriminate in housing based on:

• Religion
• National origin
• Sex
• Familial status
• Disability
• Marital status
• Age

What HomeIQ and participating agents will not do

• We do not steer home seekers toward or away from any neighborhood based on a protected class.
• We do not filter, rank, or target listings or advertising based on a protected class.
• We do not ask consumers to state preferences based on a protected class, and we will not honor such requests if received.

How we answer neighborhood questions

When consumers ask about a neighborhood, HomeIQ and matched agents respond using objective, verifiable sources, such as school ratings, crime statistics from public agencies, commute times, flood zones, and amenities — never characterizations based on the demographics of current or prospective residents.
