This policy explains what information HomeIQ.cc collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. HomeIQ is operated by Rescue Realty LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. Rick Curtis is the Florida licensed broker and broker of record, license BK344709.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, and details about the type of home search or sale you are considering when you request an agent match or contact us. We also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages. We use cookies and similar technologies, as described below, to support core site functionality and to understand how the site is used.
Why we collect it
We use submitted information to route your request to a single matched, licensed Florida agent, to respond to inquiries, and to operate and improve HomeIQ. We use technical and cookie data to keep the site secure, diagnose problems, and understand which pages and features are useful.
We do not sell your information
HomeIQ does not sell consumer information to third parties, and we do not send your contact information to multiple competing agents. Each request is routed to one matched brokerage.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including recordkeeping obligations tied to referral relationships, and then delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention practices.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SMS & email consent, opt-out
If you provide your phone number or email address and consent to be contacted, HomeIQ or your matched agent may reach out by call, text message, or email regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from email using the unsubscribe link in any message. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent transactional messages needed to complete a request already in progress.
Children's data
HomeIQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Access, correction & deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the Contact page. We will respond to verified requests in a reasonable time.
Out-of-state & international users
HomeIQ focuses on Florida real estate and is intended for use within the United States. If you access HomeIQ from outside Florida or the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.
