This page consolidates disclosures required for consumers using HomeIQ.cc, a real estate referral service operated by Rescue Realty LLC.
Brokerage identification
HomeIQ is operated by Rescue Realty LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. Rick Curtis is the Florida licensed broker and broker of record, license BK344709. Rescue Realty LLC is licensed in the State of Florida and operates HomeIQ as a referral service connecting consumers to participating licensed brokerages and agents.
Referral-relationship & fee disclosure
When a consumer is matched with a participating agent and that match results in a closed transaction, the participating brokerage pays Rescue Realty LLC a broker-to-broker referral fee equal to 30% of the gross commission actually received by the participating brokerage on that transaction. The fee is payable only when the transaction closes, is paid by the brokerage, and is never billed to the consumer.

Example: a $500,000 sale price with a 2.5% commission side yields $12,500.00 in gross commission, of which the referral fee is $3,750.00.
No consumer fees
There is never a fee charged to consumers for using HomeIQ, requesting an agent match, or being represented by a matched agent. The referral fee described above is paid brokerage-to-brokerage out of commission proceeds and does not increase the cost of a transaction to the consumer.
No guarantee of representation or outcome
HomeIQ does not guarantee that a matched agent will secure a purchase, sale, or lease, or achieve any particular price or terms. Representation agreements, if any, are entered into directly between the consumer and the participating brokerage.
Listing data & sample-data notice
Listing data displayed on HomeIQ is intended to come from authorized IDX/RESO data feeds. Until those feeds are fully connected, HomeIQ displays sample demo listing data, which is clearly marked and not an offer to sell or lease any property. HomeIQ does not scrape or copy listing data from third-party websites.

Referral protection windows
When Rescue Realty LLC refers a consumer to a participating brokerage, the referral remains protected for a defined period following the introduction. If that consumer closes a transaction with the matched brokerage within the protection window, the referral fee described above applies, even if the closing occurs after initial contact has gone quiet. Protection window terms are set out in the referral agreement between Rescue Realty LLC and the participating brokerage.
