HomeIQ is operated by Rescue Realty LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. Rick Curtis is the Florida licensed broker and broker of record, license BK344709. We built HomeIQ because most home search sites hand your contact information to whichever agent bids the most — we match you with one verified agent instead.
How it works
From request to closing
Every referral follows the same accountable path.
1. Consumer request
You tell HomeIQ what you're trying to do — buy, sell, rent, relocate, or explore new construction.
2. Verified match
HomeIQ identifies one licensed Florida agent whose license and brokerage authorization are verified for your area.
3. Acceptance & authorization
The matched agent accepts the referral and a broker-to-broker referral agreement is confirmed before your contact details are released.
4. Representation
The agent represents you directly through your transaction, under their own brokerage's supervision.
5. Closing
If and when your transaction closes, the participating brokerage is paid its commission as usual.
6. Referral fee
Rescue Realty LLC receives a broker-to-broker referral fee equal to 30% of the gross commission actually received — paid by the brokerage, never by you.
