How we work
Licensing & verification
Every applying agent's license status and brokerage authorization are checked before a referral can be offered.
Brokerage relations
We keep referral agreements, W-9s, and accounting contacts on file for each participating brokerage.
Coverage & routing
Requests are routed by county, city, price band, language, and specialty to a single matched agent.
Join us
Participating agents keep their own brokerage relationship. Rescue Realty LLC is paid a referral fee equal to 30% of the gross commission actually received by the participating brokerage, and only if a referred transaction closes. Consumers never pay a fee.
